Support Windows 11 from Sep. 1st 2022

Dear valued customers,

CREACOMPOⅡ and XIFORM support ‘Windows 11’ from September 1st, 2022.
Please read the following precautions before upgrading to ‘Windows 11’.

Upgradable users

The following service users can upgrade to Windows 11

  • ‘CREACOMPOⅡ’ Stand alone
  • ‘XIFORM MAGIC Cloud’
  • ‘CREACOMPOⅡ’ Personal Service
  • ‘CREACOMPOⅡ Cloud Service for Enterprise’ not using marker RDB

Non-upgradable users

The following service users MUST ask us before upgrading to Windows 11

  • ‘CREACOMPOⅡ’ Client server
  • ‘XIFORM MAGIC’
  • ‘CREACOMPOⅡ Cloud Service for Enterprise’ using marker RDB

Please note:

  • We don’t support ‘Windows’ OS upgrade operations or related problems which may occur.
  • Some peripheral devices may not work with ‘Windows 11’. Please refer to the attached PDF file or contact us.
