[Important Notice] Regarding Reset of option settings in “PATTERN MAGICⅡ” (for "CREACOMPOⅡ" Cloud Service for Enterprise contract users)

Dear “CREACOMPOⅡ” Cloud Service for Enterprise contract users,

Thank you for using “CREACOMPOⅡ” Cloud Service for Enterprise.
Since the version update on January 19, 2026, we have received reports regarding issues with the ‘Edit Menu’ optional feature in “PATTERN MAGICⅡ” from certain customers.

■ Details of the Issue

Affected Application: PATTERN MAGICⅡ

Affected Function: “Management” → ‘Options’ → “Edit Menu”

Reported Issue: Setup settings such as Right-Click (such as for displaying or executing pop-ups), Shortcuts, or Home Menu were reset.
