[Important notification] Temporary Cloud Service Suspension from January 17 to January 18, 2026

Dear valued customers,

Please be advised that "CREACOMPOⅡ Cloud Service for Enterprise" and "XIFORM MAGIC Cloud" will undergo a maintenance period to update versions and to ensure continued stable service.

Maintenance period:

  • From 00:00 on Saturday, January 17, 2026 (JST) to 24:00 on Sunday, January 18 (00:00 on Monday, January 19), 2026 (JST)

During this time period, you will be unable to use the relevant service. Maintenance may be completed ahead of schedule, depending on progress.

Maintenance Target:

  • CREACOMPOⅡ Cloud Service for Enterprise
  • XIFORM MAGIC Cloud

During the maintenance period, the service may remain accessible; however, you may experience temporary disconnections. Once maintenance is finished, a version update notification will appear when you launch the application. Please update to the latest version at that time to ensure continued access.
