Follow-up [Notification] The resolution of the Cloud application start-up failure

As we posted on October 7, 2025, we confirm that the service is now functioning normally following the Cloud application start-up failure that occurred on October 3 and 7, 2025.

The cause of the issue has been identified as a latent program defect triggered by a temporary surge in access. We have confirmed that the program has already been corrected and measures have been implemented to prevent the issues from recurring.
