[Important notification] Temporary suspension of the cloud services due to server maintenance from November 1 to November 3, 2025

Dear valued customers,

Please be adviced that "CREACOMPOⅡ Cloud Service for Enterprise" and "XIFORM MAGIC Cloud" will undergo a server maintenance period to ensure continued stable service, specifically targeting the database environment.

Maintenance period:

  • From 00:00 on Saturday, November 1, 2025 (JST) to 24:00 on Sunday, November 3 (00:00 on Monday, November 4), 2025 (JST)

Maintenance Target:

  • CREACOMPOⅡ Cloud Service for Enterprise
  • XIFORM MAGIC Cloud

During the maintenance period, the service may still be available, but you may experience temporary database disconnections. The maintenance work may end earlier than the expected time, depending on the progress.
