Cloud Server maintenance in July 2024

Dear valued customers,

Please be adviced that 'CREACOMPOⅡCloud Service for Enterprise' and 'XIFORM MAGIC Cloud' will have a server maintenance period as follows to ensure continued stable service.

Maintenance period:

  • From 0:00 July 14 to 0:00 July 16, 2024 (JST)

Other Time Zones:

  • From 23:00 July 13 to 23:00 July 15, 2024 (CST/HKT)
  • From 22:00 July 13 to 22:00 July 15, 2024 (ICT)
  • From 17:00 July 13 to 17:00 July 15, 2024 (CEST)
  • From 11:00 July 13 to 11:00 July 15, 2024 (NY, USA)
  • From 8:00 July 13 to 8:00 July 15, 2024 (LA, USA)

During the maintenance period, you will not be able to log in to the cloud server and use the service. The maintenance may end earlier than expected time depending on the progress.
