JIAM 2022 OSAKA

We, Toray Advanced Computer Solution, Inc., will exhibit at ‘JIAM 2022 OSAKA’’, taking place at INTEX OSAKA from 30 November to 3 December 2022.Products and services such as CREACOMPOⅡ, the Apparel CAD, and XIFORM, the Apparel Data Management System, will be highlighted.

'CREACOMPOⅡ' is the Apparel CAD to enable lead-time shortening for the production of small lot many kinds.

  1. Pattern making, Grading, Marker Making, 3D and other applications required in the apparel planning and design process are all available for supporting productivity improvements.
  2. System operation types to suit the usage environment are available, such as cloud service and client-server.
  3. Multiple users can share licences allowing for lowering operating costs.

'XIFORM' is the Apparel Data Management System to manage, share and utilise information on tech packs.

  1. Easy to use, even for users unfamiliar with data inputs, with the help of a full range of input aids and drawing functions.
  2. Centralised data management helps to avoid duplicate work and prevent omissions and transcription errors.
  3. Digitalisation of the complex supply chain of the apparel industry helps to improve productivity through speed-up of planning and designing and work improvement through cost reduction.

At the exhibition, you will also find the latest features of each product, as well as the optional software 'Factory Cockpit' and 'Raw Fabric Management System'.
