Toray Advanced Computer Solution, Inc. (hereinafter 'the Company') will not assert copyright infringement against individual customers who post videos or still images created using footage or screenshots from software and/or materials for which the Company holds copyright (hereinafter 'Company Copyrighted Works') on approved video or image sharing platforms, including live commentary, and monetise them through systems designated by the Company.
Posting is permitted only if all provisions of these Guidelines are followed. The Company assumes no responsibility for the content of such posts.
Individual customers may post videos or still images utilising the Company Copyrighted Works only for non-commercial purposes. Monetisation is permitted solely through the affiliate programmes of the following systems designated by the Company. Please note that the designated systems are subject to change.
Current designated systems: Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube
Only the Company Copyrighted Works that have reached their official release date or service launch date may be used. For pre-release or pre-service-launch works, only those officially published by us are permitted.
Expressions that may mislead viewers into believing sponsorship or partnership exists with us or our affiliates are prohibited. When posting, clearly state that our software is being used.
Should your post include any third-party intellectual property rights, please obtain separate permission from the rights holder.
The Company reserves the right to take legal action against any illegal or inappropriate posts (including discriminatory language or defamatory content), posts contrary to public order and morals, or posts violating these guidelines.
Violators may be prohibited from using the Company Copyrighted Works in future.
The Company shall not respond to individual enquiries regarding these guidelines. These guidelines are subject to periodic updates; please verify the latest content before posting.
Where other Company guidelines contain specific provisions, those shall also be followed.
